Functional features of the product
- Single cabin system can be categorized in to two types: integrated and detachable. The following model is HWD-1006 (including HWD machine- 1006S), which is an integrated one. The other is detachable
- Vibration force can be from top, side or bottom
- Stainless steel structure SUS304 or 316 imported directly from Japan, acid resisting
- For strong acid, plate can be made of titanium
- Plate surface is coated with hard chrome for extending useful life
- Detector with high Q value, strong intensity of ultrasonic wave, imported from Japan, Korea
- Ultrasonic generator with state-of-art functions for excellent cleaning and durability
- Digital display system, operation can be conducted in a flash
- Control box is made of high quality imported material
- Control system allows time setting, displaying current, adjusting scanning frequency, capacity, over-current protecting
- Allowing setting special regulations based on working environment
